Recommendations for the Major Film Companies
Films which can be viewed by the four quadrants audience (eg everybody; children, young adults, parents, males and females) seem to be amongst the successful films with the biggest profits and are often family orientated such as Shrek, Toy Story, Harry Potter.
However, young people aged between 15-24 are most likely to spend their free time going to the cinema, so there should be a few movies which are available for these age ranges to see, as they are most likely to spend their money going to watch movies(page 5 Fig 15.1)
There is evidence to show that the audiences are an equal mix of female and males, so there should be films for both sexes to be able to view. (page 3 15.1 & 15.2)
Ethnicity doesn't seem to be relevant to watching movies as the minority ethnic groups in the table go to the cinema mostly regular or very regular (page 9 fig 15.2)

This is a still from the trailer of the film, it introduces the scary house with a foggy, creepy edge because that light has an eerie feeling about it, especially with the daylight that surrounds the house because it's as if you can't escape from the horror that the house is whether it's typical night time horror or even daylight.
